The doorbell camera is compatible with 2.4G Wi-Fi networks, and if you're using a dual-band router, you should differentiate your networks by name and connect to the 2.4GHz one for the camera.

For hassle-free charging, initiate by peeling off the insulating tape at the doorbell's rear and ensure a full charge before its inaugural run. Utilize the provided USB cord for powering up, compatible with a DC 5V 1A or 5V 2A adapter (Kindly note, the adapter isn't part of the package).
